We are delighted to announce that our company MVA Metallveredlung Helmut Ansorge, will be brought into the newly established ANSORGE Galvanotechnik GmbH & Co. KG. This is occurring due to an ownership succession process on the effective date of 01.01.2024. All previous structures remain the same.
The German sites Ansorge Oberflächentechnik and Metallveredlung Ansorge have been successfully certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for another 3 years in September 2023. The current certificates are available under Company > Downloads on this website.
Another location in Mexico! Starting of a new galvanic line with flexible uses, so that even casting brake parts may be coated with Zinc or Zinc-Nickel. The second plant was built in Comonfort, Guanajuato state.
Automatic continuous coating system extended by 2 painting robots. Painting of components up to 1700 mm possible with solvent and water lacquers.
In autumn 2014 our management system has been certified once more according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009. Additionally, an energy management system according to ISO 50001:2011 has been added to our manual. Since 2013, we have been running an alternative system as an SME to improve energy efficiency acc. to SpaEfV.
Constitution of a new company! Together with MUSCHERT & GIERSE and a Mexican partner, MTC COATINGS DE MEXICO, S. de R.L. de C.V. was established. From 2015 on, additional capacities for zinc, zinc-nickel and zinc flake coatings processed in barrel will become available.
We have a new storage facility and a roofed shipping area in use.
